Chemical Process Engineering Summer Intern

PPG Delaware is a leading manufacturer of automotive refinish paint and coatings. The Quality Department is seeking a motivated individual to support implementation of in-line technology through data collection and analysis of a variety of laboratory tests. This role will work closely with both the engineering team and the QC lab and will develop manufacturing, engineering, and analytical skills.

This position is on-site in Delaware, Ohio  Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. A successful candidate’s skills and qualifications should include:

• Proven ability to communicate well in written and verbal communications
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work and solve problems independently
• Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a similar field
• Lab experience is preferred but not required
