Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Operations Leader to oversee our manufacturing of customer equipment and consumables. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing processes and specific expertise in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting custom equipment. The Assembly technician will play a key role in ensuring the efficient production of custom equipment while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure we meet deadlines and delight our customers!!
• Lead and manage daily operations, including production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Establish and monitor key performance targets and proactively drive improvement initiatives in all areas of Operations. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality assurance, and procurement, to drive process improvements and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and alignment across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Experience in one or more Operations Lead Roles 
• Passion for implementing process improvements and achieving measurable results.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a culture of collaboration, and lead change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
