JR103325 Talent Acquisition Analytics Intern

We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Analytics Intern to support various Talent Acquisition projects and activities. This position will require working 15-20 hours/week during academic periods, with the ability to work additional hours during non-academic periods based on departmental workload. This opportunity offers a hybrid work arrangement (Monday & Friday remote; Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in-office). When in-office, this position will be based out of our corporate office in Downtown Minneapolis (conveniently located near a light rail stop).

 

The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with various responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Coordinating and participating in recruiting events

Analytics and reporting

Supporting project work

 

Requirements

Must be pursuing a Human Resources, Business, Mathematics, or related degree

Must be a Sophomore or above

Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during academic periods

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

Previous internship/work experience preferred

 

Preferred Requirements

Experience using Microsoft Excel including the use of V-Lookups and Pivot Tables

Interest or experience in HR systems
