Rocket Alumni Solutions provides web-based touchscreen software for over 450 high schools and colleges. We are a highly motivated 8 person team seeking to expand to 25,000+ schools in the near future.

 

Ideal candidates are looking to make an immediate impact, rapidly learn all areas of sales & business development, and grow with the business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the educational sector. Utilize various strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Cold Calling and Outreach: Engage in cold calling and other outreach methods to connect with potential clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Understand their needs and tailor solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct compelling presentations and software demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our touchscreen recognition software.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. Provide insights that contribute to the refinement of sales strategies and product development.
  • Achievement of Sales Targets: Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. Contribute to the overall growth and revenue goals of the company.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Historical outperformance of quota in sales or business development, particularly in the SaaS or education technology sector.
  • Highly Personable with Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated history of self-starting abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools; experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Expert technology skills (ChatGPT, G Suite, CRMs, etc)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience cold calling
  • Experience leading full sales cycles from sourcing to close
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
