2024 Internship Program

Position Summary:


We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Door-to-Door Fiber Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on residential sales within designated neighborhoods where our company has recently installed fiber optic infrastructure. As a Sales Representative, you will engage with homeowners who are already aware of the recent installations, making this more than just cold door knocking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach homeowners in assigned areas where fiber optic lines have been laid, explaining the benefits and features of switching to our fiber internet service.
  • Conduct face-to-face presentations to potential customers, leveraging their familiarity with recent neighborhood infrastructure upgrades.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales activities within the designated area.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services, staying updated on the latest developments in fiber technology.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Open to students who have completed their freshman year and are actively pursuing a degree at an accredited institution.
    • Duration of the program will be for 8 weeks following the end of the spring semester

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Very competitive compensation structure: Our top performers earn between $12,000 to $20,000 per month.
  • Generous sign-on bonus available for commitments through the summer months.

Location:

  • Columbia SC and Spartanburg SC. Housing is provided if needed.
