E-TANK LTD. is expanding! Our Company is offering a full-time Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative position at our Massillon, Ohio corporate headquarters. E-Tank and E-Pump are related rental companies that supply specialized equipment to widely diversified businesses comprising the industrial base of the U.S. economy. Responsibilities

As a member of our Inside Sales & Customer Support team, you will expedite orders through communication with customers and our operations departments. You will contact current and potential customers to confirm upcoming needs. You will be instrumental in business development and prospecting for new customers. The position also will require that you research required information, process orders, and enter data correctly. Our customers include professionals, executives, and operational management in a diverse array of industries.

Desired Experience

The ideal candidate will have successfully completed a two-year associate degree. Current college students are encouraged to apply! Data entry skills are required. This position requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, including writing ability. You must have an aptitude for learning and understanding the technical aspects of our business. In this position, you will be required to multi-task and prioritize.

Compensation

The compensation package features a competitive base salary plus benefits, including medical insurance, paid vacation, and participation in the company’s retirement investment program. This is a challenging position with upward career potential for the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $45,000.00 per year
