Maplewood Senior Living, a leader in providing high-quality senior care, is excited to offer a comprehensive internship program based out of Maplewood at Twinsburg. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven intern to join our Marketing, Sales, and Communications team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and in-depth exposure to the senior living industry, working directly under the mentorship of our Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales, as well as our senior leadership team.

Internship Experience Highlights:

- Digital Marketing: Learn and contribute to strategies that enhance our online presence, including SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
- Campaign Development: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns designed to engage our target audience and drive business objectives.
- Website and Social Media Management: Gain experience in managing website content and social media platforms, understanding the importance of digital touchpoints in the customer journey.
- Sales Support and Strategy: Understand the sales process in the senior living industry, including lead generation, conversion tactics, and customer relationship management.
- Competitive Strategy: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning and positioning.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Dive into the intricacies of the customer journey, from awareness to decision-making, tailoring marketing strategies to each phase.
- Business Development: Participate in initiatives aimed at growing Maplewood's reach and impact within the community, professionals and beyond.
- Event Execution: Play a role in organizing and executing promotional and informational events that connect our services with the community.
- Healthcare Insights:*Gain a foundational understanding of the healthcare aspects related to senior living, enriching your perspective on industry challenges and opportunities.
