Role Description:

We are seeking a First Impression Specialist for a remote salary W2 position with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate is a college student or recent graduate with leadership qualities and strong communication skills. As a natural leader with effective communication abilities, you will oversee client services(No Sales), marketing coordination, day-to-day operations, and logistics with all things Cmczona. Your responsibilities will include tracking project progress, managing timelines, coordinating with vendors and clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful first impressions. Exceptional customer service is paramount.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Project management, logistics management, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Creativity, problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail are required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in digital marketing, content editing(written or video), social media and technical savvy is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data management is a plus.

Additional Information:

Candidates located in Arizona, California, Texas, Alabama, or Florida are *preferred(Not Required), although this is a remote position. Bonus points will be awarded for Excel proficiency, data management skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and involvement in extracurricular activities such as sports, clubs, networking, or Greek life.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage our social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Plan and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Grow our social media following and increase engagement through organic and paid strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content marketing and social media management.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our content and social media efforts.
  • Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and address customer concerns.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on content creation and social media best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
