Postdoctoral Associate - Computational Biology

Dr. Sheng Li’s lab at The Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine (JAX-GM) in Farmington, CT is currently seeking motivated scientists interested in single-cell and spatial omics. The Li Lab focuses on integrative mining of single-cell, spatial, and long-read multi-omics data and deep learning algorithms development to understand epigenome dynamics and gene regulatory network during cell fate transition, aging, and cancer.
