**Internship Overview:**

We are seeking a creative and motivated Content Creation/Copywriting Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for a college sophomore, junior, or senior to gain hands-on experience in crafting compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing professionals, contributing to the creation of content that effectively communicates our brand message and enhances our online presence.

 

**Responsibilities:**

1. Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and product descriptions.

2. Film, edit, and direct video content for Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, and more. 

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and messaging strategies that align with the brand's voice and objectives.

4.. Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform content creation.

5. Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

6. Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

 

**Qualifications:**

1. Current enrollment in a college or university majoring in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

2. Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen attention to detail.

3. Passion for storytelling and the ability to adapt writing style to suit different audiences and platforms.

4. Understanding of basic marketing principles and the ability to align content with broader marketing strategies.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).

6. Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and an eagerness to learn and apply new skills.

7. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

9. Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Canva, FinalCut, and/or other content creation programs and platforms. 

10. Familiar with a variety of social media marketing techniques and comfortable pushing the envelop in this arena.
