The Position Will:
The Youth Care Worker is active within the unit/cottage and implementing individual and group programs through the care, supervision, monitoring and direction of the residents encompassing activities related to residents’ health, education and welfare as well as care for the physical environment and maintain appropriate records.

The Ideal candidate Will Possess:
  • Team Focused & Open Mindset
  • Ability to Self Reflect & Take Direction
  • Bachelor Level Preferred, High School Diploma required
  • Per DCFS regulations, must be at least 21 years of age

Position Located in: Lake Villa, Waukegan, and North Chicago
Varied Shifts Available, i.e., Full-Time, Part-Time or Weekends
