Currently recruiting certified teachers for:

  • Math Specialist
  • Special Education, Intervention Specialist
  • Early Childhood (K-3) Teachers
  • 4th & 5th Grade ELA, Math Teachers
  • Foreign Language
  • Art

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement the school’s mission statement in all school activities.
  • Uphold the code of conduct and all school policies
  • Maintain and support a positive professional school culture
  • Implement school-wide culture expectations and norms, inside the classroom and beyond.
  • Integrate culturally responsive teaching practices into daily lessons and interactions with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Create and deliver highly effective and engaging lessons that utilize research-based instructional practices and are aligned to Ohio State Standards.
  • Monitor students progress through assessments, daily lessons/activities and observations
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.
  • Maintain a productive, safe, and focused learning environment
  • Keep parents well-informed about students' progress, providing frequent feedback in accordance with school guidelines
  • Uphold all school policies within the classroom
  • Work with grade level teachers and administrators to address and resolve student issues
  • Administer school and state assessments
  • Participate in school-wide and individual professional development
  • Attend and participates in all staff meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
    Valid teaching certification or license
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education
  • Strong classroom management skills to create an organized and structured learning environment
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Experience in mentoring or guiding students in their academic and personal growth
  • Proficiency in literacy education strategies to promote reading and writing skills
