Busy commercial office is looking for a detailed, confident, and personable Sales Representative to join their team. If you are personable, motivated, organized, and efficient, this could be the perfect position for you! This exciting opportunity includes a company car.
A day in the life of a Sales Representative:
Promote and sell Franchise services in assigned territory to meet or exceed assigned sales goals. Grow and develop our customer base by identifying new prospects and cultivating relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned contact lists, participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education (CE) courses
- Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts
- Build customer relationships and rapport
- Compile and maintain Top 25 contacts to develop into clients
- Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met
- Provide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one closing meetings
- Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals
What you will need:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
