Manager trainee

As a Manager Trainee, you will work closely with the Department Management and Store Management teams to learn as much as you can about Menards. Throughout your Manager Training, you will train in six areas of the store to learn each department's functions and how each department impacts the store's success. After an orientation period, you will be assigned to help run a department which will allow you to gain more experience and confidence as a manager.
