Office Administrator

Fechko Excavating is a full-service professional survey, commercial excavating & paving company which specializes in performing site work and underground utilities for municipalities, commercial developments, educational and healthcare facilities and residential subdivisions.

Currently seeking a motivated, resourceful professional for a challenging and fast-paced position. Areas of responsibility to include, but not limited to, the following:

Assist in running day to day operational business functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources & General Accounting. Provide project support to the Estimating Department including ordering plans & delivering bids.  Maintain company licensing, registrations & permits.

Candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to multi-task and work independently.  The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Foundation Accounting Software & has a background in the field of Construction.
