Digital Media Intern

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage company's social media accounts, develop and post content
  • Monitor various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Etc.
  • Analyze analytics to gauge the success of media campaigns
  • Engage with both internal and external customers and clients to provide services and solutions
  • Produce and edit promotional media content (Images, Videos, Brochures, Manulals, etc.)
  • Understand the overall concept of company, including brand, customer, product goals, and aspects of service and/or sales

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Working towards degree in marketing, communication, media, or related field
  • Excellent computer skills which includes Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite video editing software, and knowledge of social media platforms
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Professionalism and customer focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
