We work with advisers solving their wealthy clients complicated tax problems and focus on simplifying our tax strategies into easy-to-understand client presentations that we present to clients as well as advisers.
Our Team:
The McHenry Advisers team of Pension Consultants, Enrolled Actuaries, and Advanced Market Attorneys, provides first and third-party actuarial services for other Third-Party Administration firms and for plan sponsors or clients that we work with directly. Our team consist of experts and those new to the industry wanting to become an expert in the field of retirement plan design and tax strategies. We are thrilled to have many new graduates on our team who bring an excitement of learning and a fun overall vibe to the office environment.
Job Responsibilities:
We have an opportunity for an Entry Level Retirement Plan Administrator to join our team!
What does a Retirement Plan Administrator do?
- Administer Retirement Plans
- Keep Plans Up To Date
- Communicate with Clients Via Email And Phone (Once Trained)
- Prepare Government Filings
- Prepare Retirement Plan Documents
- Prepare Retirement Plan Contribution Options
- Design Qualified Plan In Accordance With Government Regulations & Plan Sponsor Goal
What skills should you have for this position?
- You should be very detail oriented
- Multi Tasker
- Organized
- Good With Time Management
Other than that, we will teach you everything you need to know! Having some experience with Excel is also good but you will be an Excel expert in no time!

This job is located in beautiful New Albany, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus, Ohio. Our team members are committed and enthusiastic about an in-person working environment. They like the social aspect of the work environment and value the collaboration of ideas that happen in an in-office experience.
