Manager Trainee

The 12 week program is designed to provide the Manager Trainee with a general orientation to Menards, understanding of policies and procedures, daily tasks and processes, knowledge to help manage a department and leadership to motivate.

The Manager Trainee Program is separated into four Quads. The Manager Trainee will rotate through different departments and learn different tasks.
