Operations Management in Japan, S. Korea and China

We are seeking highly motivated individuals looking for a fast-paced career in Operations Management. Costco's direction in the upcoming years calls for organic growth within the Japan, South Korea and China markets over the next ten years. 

Future Warehouse Managers in the Japan, South Korea and China markets will be responsible for multi-million dollar operations that serve tens of thousands of members and provide leadership to hundreds of employees. Ideal candidates possess the following skills and attributes: 

Japan, South Korea or China Foreign National

Language fluency (both written and verbal)

MBA or undergraduate degree

Relevant work and management experience

Leadership skills

Highly motivated

Positive attitude

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment 

The initial placement would be in Costco's Manager-in-Training (MIT) Program where candidates receive warehouse operations training. Upon successful completion of the MIT program, qualified candidates will be placed in key management positions.
