ECommerce Pricing Specialist
ECS Tuning, a leader in the automotive parts industry, is looking for a top-tier Pricing Analyst to join our best-in-class team.
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining an effective pricing strategy that balances inventory sell-through and gross margin across multiple ecommerce platforms for our direct to consumer and wholesale channels.
Job Requirements:
- Monitor and adjust prices to hit planned margin targets
- Produce reporting to track, test, and analyze key pricing changes, recommending next steps
- Produce Price Elasticity of Demand reports and make strategic recommendations
- Identify key cost changes, make necessary retail adjustments
- Conduct competitive pricing analyses & generate actionable insights
- Create, implement, and maintain compelling pricing strategies for B2C and B2B channels
- Conduct market research to determine optimal price for non-MAP goods, formulate a compelling strategy for in-house branded products
- Maintain compliance for MAP Pricing Brands, create pricing data loads, matching vendor part numbers to our stocking numbers
- Create a promotional pricing schedule in partnership with our Marketing team
- Set pricing on clearance items, balancing margin with inventory sell-through in partnership with Sourcing & Purchasing team
- Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to ensure pricing strategy aligns with business goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, proven ability to analyze large data sets and make decisions that drive desired results.
- Experience in data analysis, competitive pricing, ecommerce
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience
- Prior experience with business intelligence platforms such as Sisense, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
- Must report to work in Wadsworth, Ohio from 9AM - 5PM Monday - Friday
