Landscape Foreman/Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:
• Effectively communicate with clients in the field to make them aware of what we are doing, issues that may have arisen or to answer questions. 

• Work with and oversee your team to ensure they are progressing and following the C&S brand.

• Work on teaching team mates how to complete work in a safe, efficient, and detailed manner. 
• Communicate with account manager/salesperson- Have a clear understanding of each contract to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability. 
• Understand and properly submit timesheets, using our landscape industry specific software.

• Understand budget vs. actual hours for each job. Work to stay within those budgeted hours. Make adjustments as needed to achieve this, without losing quality. 

• Keep a safe work environment, always act as a safety officer to ensure your team is taken care of. 
• Assist with snow and ice management services.

• Effectively communicate client needs to the account manager. 

• Work with the Operations Manager to ensure goals are met on each job. 

• Collaborate with the company`s Operations Manager to meet client expectations. 

• Positively promote the company culture. 

• Check in at 3o`clock everyday with the operations manager to let him know how you are doing and what is needed for the following day. 

• Carry out, contribute and attain company goals while adhering to the mission statement and core values of C&S.

 

Ideal candidates will have:
• 2+ years of experience working in the landscape industry.
• Experience managing team members or the will to learn to manage. 
• Applicants will be able to pass a background check and drug test.  

• Exceptional work-ethic and communication skills.

• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record. 

• Bilingual communication is a plus.


Compensation:
• $20.00 per hr. plus
