                                                    ACCOUNT MANAGER/SALES

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage existing maintenance and enhancement client accounts.

• Be the key contact person for your clients.

• Responsible for client retention and enriching the overall experience of the client. 
• Communicate with production crews- Relay a clear understanding of each contract to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability.
• Enhancement Sales- provide clients with ideas outside their regular services.
• Use your industry expertise and relationship-building skills to negotiate business decisions.
• Build relationships with current and potential clients using clear communication and providing outstanding customer service.
• Assist with snow and ice management services.

• Represent the company at various industry events, seminars, and association events to build relationships and enhance the company's public image and brand. 

• Meet annual sales goals through effective customer relations. 

• Collaborate with the company`s Operations Manager to meet client expectations. 

• Develop accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintaining acceptable gross profit margins that support the company’s financial goals. 

• Timely and professional communication with clients, suppliers and team members via email, phone calls, text, or any other format. 

• Carry out, contribute, and attain company goals while adhering to the mission statement and core values of C&S.

 

Ideal candidates will have:
• 2-5+ years of experience selling and managing landscape services.
• Experience developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Applicants with a background in landscape management or horticulture and the snow industry are preferred.
• Exceptional work-ethic and communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a wide variety of clients.

• The ability to use a computer to communicate with clients, for organizational purposes, business management software and the use of varying measuring tools on the internet. 

• Bilingual communication is a plus.


Compensation:
• Salary is dependent on experience and skill, starting at $55,000-$65,000 + commission
