Global Leadership Development Trainee

Early Career Leadership Development Program: 

Safelite, among the Belron family brands, are launching the 2024 inaugural class for the global early career leadership development program. The 2024 class will have the unique opportunity to pave the path for the future of the program! Joining offers immediate exposure to senior leaders both in the U.S. and internationally. The program is designed to help develop early career associates into future leaders through curated experiences, custom curriculum, and networking. Upon program completion, you will have an opportunity to pursue a functional role that leverages your strengths and enables the needs of either Safelite’s or Belron’s businesses.  

 

Program Includes: 

Curated classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job training  

Rotational assignments over 2-3 years. Rotations are designed for 9-12 months. 

Relationship with a mentor and buddy to guide assimilating into current and future roles 

Interactive presentations with various senior leaders in Safelite and Belron’s businesses  

Social and charitable activities both locally and globally 

Tuition reimbursement

Qualifications:  

Must be working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree (graduating by June 2024).  

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of application.  

Clear and professional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.  

Strong work ethic, self-motivated, positive, personable, and strong ability to develop relationships. 

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.  

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to grasp various technologies and applications. 

Eager to learn, desire to self-develop, takes initiative, and intellectually curious. 

Reside or relocate to Columbus, Ohio with the ability to relocate to alternative locations. 

Ability to travel internationally.
