Our PULSE placement at the Dayton Children’s Hospital is in the department of Food Equity assisting the Food Equity Manager in teaching nutrition education and running food insecurity response programs. The role includes assisting to teach nutrition education groups to ages 2-17 years old and professional development for non profit groups through the Community Teaching Kitchen. Merge health equity, food access and justice and creative cooking in this unique role!
