Clinical Trials Programmer R Python (Apprenticeship)

An apprentice is someone who learns a craft by working alongside a skilled professional. Apprentices at EDA Clinical begin as Pre-Apprentices. Pre-apprenticeship is an opportunity for programmers to master the three main skills for analyzing clinical trials data:

  1. SAS Base Programming,
  2. SAS Clinical Trial Programming, and
  3. CDISC Study Data Tabulate Model

To become certified in these critical components of clinical trials research, our programmers undergo a rigorous 12-week schedule on our Pittsburgh campus. During this period, they not only acquire theoretical knowledge but also apply it by double-programming a complete set of deliverables for a simulated trial.

In 3 months, candidates are expected to complete all three certifications and produce a Clinical Study Report (CSR) containing standardized data, reports, and graphics. Candidates will be able to trace statistical results back to their source data and prepare a final submission for evaluation. A strong programming background is recommended.

Complete this comprehensive, hands-on certification program to prepare yourself for interviews as a Clinical Trials Programmer. Successful candidates will support our clients' ongoing clinical trials. Apply today!
