Public Information Coordinator

The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Illinois EPA) is seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as Public Information Coordinator, Digital Content Administrator in the Office of Community Relations in the Associate Director’s Office. The successful candidate will plan and direct the State-wide social media activities for Illinois EPA, as well as prepare online features such as dashboards and story maps to promote and explain Agency programs and initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience in writing for the public, applying data visualization techniques, and maintaining professional social media accounts.
