Wraparound Experts LLC will help children succeed mentally, emotionally, and academically by providing resources to the children themselves and training and support to the environments and people that interact with them daily.

Wraparound Experts provides a variety of services to meet the needs of children and families in schools and homes. This includes behavioral, mental health, and diversity training for children, teachers, and families as well as experts within the school environment. We establish coordination that utilizes the training and the therapies to enhance the overall wellness of not only the child individually but the systems in which the child operates.

Job Summary

BCBA

Wraparound Experts is currently seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)'s to join our growing team . The BCBA will work within the school environment supporting RBTs. The BCBA would also be involved in teacher, staff, parent, and community training to help "wrap around" services to the entire environment in which the student interacts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides clinical and educational support for individual students and whole classrooms.
  • Responsible for educational/clinical training and supervision of RBTs
  • Assures the quality of the educational/clinical programs including compliance with laws, regulations and internal standards for educational and behavioral services
  • Provides training and support to Teachers, Staff, and Parents in the development of Functional Behavior Analysis Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Assesses the school staff development needs, research and designs training programs based on those needs
  • Participates in staff development through conferences, training, and seminars to maintain and develop core competencies
  • Researches and makes recommendations for the use of evidence-based curricula in the classrooms
  • Develops and monitors systems designed to meet the needs of individual students, classrooms, and the school as a whole
  • Attends and participates in all required meetings including Wraparound Expert Team Meetings and School Staff Meetings as needed. Conducts regular quality assurance checks at the individual student, staff, and classroom to make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensures compliance with the Department of Education regulations and school's internal standards

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field required. Bachelor’s considered also
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Experience working in schools and with special education teams preferred
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and the willingness to support others in doing their best work
