Restaurant Operations Management Intern

Various Locations in Ohio/Pennsylvania

Responsibilities:

Operational Insight- Gain hands-on experience in day-to-day restaurant operations, from front-of-house to back-of-house.

Leadership Exposure- Shadow and learn from experienced managers, understanding the art of effective leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Excellence- Develop skills in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.

Team Collaboration-Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering teamwork and understanding the dynamics of a successful restaurant operation.

Problem Solving-Encounter real-world challenges and actively contribute to problem-solving initiatives under the guidance of seasoned professionals.

 Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a degree program
