Client Experience Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a true team player for a new opportunity in our firm. The primary function of this position will be to serve as the main point of contact for all incoming clients, by phone and in person, while providing an unparalleled first impression. This position includes the exciting opportunity to work directly with the Director of Marketing to plan and execute in-person events, both social and educational. 

The ideal candidate should bring a true desire to help others with a friendly and professional personality that shines through in all communications. Strong organization skills and attention to detail are essential, and experience with successfully multi-tasking in a fast paced environment is needed to succeed in this role. 

You should be accustomed to working independently as well as in a team environment and must possess an ability to quickly learn new topics with a willingness to self-teach and/r research for answers to achieve the best solution. A desire to take initiative and ownership of the position is critical. If you have a passion for helping people and process planning, and you enjoy new challenges that are created by a variety of tasks with every day being a little bit different, this could be the ideal job for you!

 

Essential Job Functions Include, but not limited to:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, both greeting in person and answering and directing incoming calls
  • Creating a concierge-level experience while greeting and seating visitors including all front-of-house interactions and atmosphere
  • Scheduling client/advisor appointments and overall calendar management in a CRM system (Redtail)
  • Assist in planning and execution of digital and social media campaigns
  • Assist with planning, organization, execution, and attendance to events, some of which will be after hours
  • Assist New Business with preparation and submission of client paperwork and reports as needed

 

Preferred Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
  • Experience with digital channels including creating and managing social campaigns on popular platforms such as Facebook and YouTube
  • Experience with marketing automation software for drip campaigns including Constant Contact or similar platforms
  • Experience working with customers and/or clients
  • Experience working with planners or venders and an understanding of the details that go into event planning
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resourceful, and confident in making decisions
  • Very well spoken, and professional in appearance and attitude
  • Dependable, prompt, and willing and able to work on-site during assigned hours and after hours for events as needed
  • A high level of personal responsibility and accountability
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and genuinely excited to contribute to the success of the team!
