Associate Account Executive
Spark451 is looking for an Associate Account Executive who will work closely with our Client Strategists, Account Executives, and Senior Account Executives in order to coordinate the needs of our customers with the efforts of internal teams. The ideal candidate is interested in ensuring the needs of our clients are met, and that their brand is being represented accurately and memorably.
Essential Tasks:
- Traffic all campaign efforts to appropriate channels by adhering to strict production schedules with the help of other team members
- Help manage projects for high-profile customers, find effective solutions for issues that arise, and deliver error-free finished products under the guidance of the Client Strategist
- Update and maintain content on the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Help to simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management
- Work closely with Account Executives and Senior Account Executives in order to execute projects and ensure all deadlines are met
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft products (Word and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including presentation skills
- Able to understand an online analytics program and experienced in higher education
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships fellow team members, employees, and management
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Proven ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality and autonomy
- This person will show strong attention to detail skills as well as ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
