Assistant General Manager
D-BAT Solon is looking for a sales and customer service-oriented Assistant General Manager. This is a full-time position that includes a mixture of working front desk shifts as well as other duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage staff and vendors, delegate responsibility as needed
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Work directly with GM to manage and finish other special projects and new business concepts
- Execute Sales and Marketing Plan to enable an increase in memberships, camps/clinics, and other revenue streams
- Oversee camps and clinics
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
- Strong time-management and business management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Background in baseball/softball or coaching youth sports a plus
- Experience working at or managing a sports and recreation facility a plus
- baseball softball college playing experience a plus
