First, we would be looking for you to have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Applied Sciences, or a relevant field. A minimum 2 years’ experience in an engineering field is preferred.

 

Second, this position will be responsible for innovating and validating new processes, improve existing processes, and reduce process variability. The Engineer will research, evaluate, and validate purchased or fabricated equipment and analyze equipment functions and create validation protocols. You will engage with customers to understand needs and specifications and provide customers with technical support regarding company capabilities and development options for products. The Engineer will create work instructions, procedures, and forms for new equipment and processes and refine and improve existing documents. You will assist in failure analysis of product returns, determine root cause, and implement solutions in collaboration with the Quality Control Team.
