Care Partner
As a Caregiver you will provide patient care under direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens.
Additional responsibilities:
Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed
Providing physical support to assist patients to perform activities of daily living
Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans
Observing residents to detect symptoms that may require medical attention
Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses
Requirements:
Previous caregiving experience preferred.
STNA or CNA preferred, but not required!
Benefits and Bonuses:
$15-$19 per hour, paid on a weekly basis!
Shift Differentials on ALL shifts!
Pickup Incentive Bonus up to $250 paid MONTHLY !
Attendance Bonus of $2,500 paid every 6 months!
