Entry Level Chemist

What You’ll Do: 

  • Responsible for pulling time point stability samples of consumer products from controlled temperature rooms and performing physical testing as requested
  • Apply various chemistry techniques and scientific methods given the assignment objective (pH, rheology, viscosity, specific gravity etc.)
  • Performs proprietary methods to assess product performance during time points of stability studies
  • Accountability for checking and following daily work plan
  • Compiles data and communicates results through technical reports and accurate electronic notebooking
  • Accountability for sending completed work to peer reviewer
  • Completes work processes from start to finish within designated turnaround time
  • Performs all tasks and procedures in a regulated environment with minimal supervision
  • Communicates effectively in an absolute professional manner with team members and staff at all times
  • Multi-tasks effectively and performs other essential tasks and responsibilities as assigned

 

What You’ll Need:  

  • BS Degree in Chemistry or related discipline required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be results-oriented and possess a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills for success in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with a diverse team and possess a positive attitude
