Mental Health LPN - Hiring Incentive

Mental Health LPN – Hiring Incentive $1000

$1,000.00 New Hire Sign on Bonus, $500.00 paid at 120 days, $500.00 paid at 365 days.  No contract or length of terms

· $24.39 per hour with the first increase in 180 days to $25.45 per hour

  • Additional $.60 per hour shift differential for afternoon and evening shifts 
  • Annual increases each year with an additional longevity supplement after 5 years of service 
  • Annual increases each year up to $30.55 with an additional longevity supplement after 5 years of service
  • Cost of Living increases each July 1st per the OCSEA union contract.
  • These positions receive a minimum of 17 weekends off per year per the OCSEA union contract.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide medication, education, and empowerment to individuals
  • Observe, evaluate, and record patient behavior, condition, and response to medication
  • Monitor patient health including vital signs, treatment plan progress, and activity participation
  • Serve in a fundamental role as a multi-disciplinary team member that creates a safe and positive environment through safety and observation rounds and group facilitation
