Sales Associate | Entry Level
2313 Inc., founded in 2003, has since expanded to just under 30 locations nationwide. We are expanding rapidly due to the recent signing of the largest client in our portfolio and our pivot into an entirely new industry. We're looking for confident individuals who want to learn sales and master customer interactions but are heavily interested in developing leadership and market management roles as they grow. Each Sales and Marketing Associate position is entry-level so we're willing to train those eager to learn!
The Position- Sales Associate
Individuals in this role will be trained to work with our coaching and communication system to acquire customers one-on-one.
As a Sales Associate at 2313 Inc., you'll be at the forefront of our mission, driving sales, engaging with customers, and creating innovative solutions to consumer problems.

- Desire to show results and loves recognition for a job well done
- Takes charge, likes being in front of the crowd, and has a strong positive ego that can light up a room
- Wants a challenge and is motivated to grow
- Believes in helping others inside and outside of the team they are assigned to grow their skills
- Great listener, good peer coach, dislikes conflict but will address an issue when needed
- 4-year degree is preferred but we're willing to train those who are aggressive about learning
