WEB DEVELOPER INTERNSHIP - VENTRAC

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

Develop and maintain database structures and table to store information

Web server (Apache) and database (MYSQL & SQL SERVER) routine maintenance and troubleshooting

Design Web applications using PHP, SQL, Javascript, & HTML

Development work in containers (Docker)

Git version tracking

Interface with other internal departments to accomplish project goals

Find software solutions to automate processes and make other’s people jobs more efficient and better informed.

Adapt to new software trends and ways of doing things.

 

What Do You Need?

We require interns to be enrolled in an educational program during the duration of the internship program.

  • Attained or seeking a minimum of an Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field

Proven ability to work as part of a team, accept feedback and make necessary changes

Excellent computer and keyboarding skills (Microsoft Office, Internet)

Strong interpersonal skills – professional, courteous, friendly and helpful Strong process, problem solving and organizational skills

Self-motivated with excellent project and time management skills
