Summer Staff

Rhodes Grove Camp is Located near the Pennsylvania and Maryland border. RGC Is a residential camp serving nearly 200 campers per summer, over 3,000 guests during our summer conference season, and over 20,000 people yearly.

We are now hiring 40 people to fill our positions. We have Cabin-leader, Lifeguard, Kitchen crew, work Crew, wranglers, media, and office positions to fill.

*Stipend is $200 per week plus food/lodging provided

Senior Cabin-leader  (18+ years old)

The Senior Cabin-leader is the leader of an individual cabin. This person is responsible for ministering the Gospel of Christ to campers daily. The Senior Cabin-leader is also responsible for making sure that their campers arrive at all planned events on time AND safely! The Senior Cabin-leader is also primarily responsible for the conduct of their campers. Senior Cabin-leaders will also be asked to lead various activities such as elective activities and free time activities as part of the camp program. The Senior Cabin-leader is expected to lead their cabin in devotions each night before bed. As the leader of the entire cabin, the Senior Cabin-leader is also expected to participate in ALL activities and encourage campers to do the same energetically and enthusiastically. They will be the example looked up to by the campers and their Junior Cabin-leader in the cabin with you.

Essential Skills: As a Cabin-leader it is essential to enjoy working with people, be humble, have some knowledge of working with children and/or teens, be willing to learn, be flexible, be able to work long hours, be teachable, and have a growing relationship with Jesus so you can share it with campers.
