Your Opportunity as a Sales and Online Order Fulfillment Representative (Part Time) at the Smucker Company Store
The Smucker Company Store, Sales and Order Fulfillment Representative, will provide first class customer service in a retail and/or warehouse environment. This position will provide flexible part time hours supporting in store and warehouse business and will not be eligible for company benefits. This position will support sales, merchandising, creating displays, inventory control, stocking of product and merchandise, and/or online order fulfillment operations for the Company Store. Expectation is to work 24 hours per week and hours could increase due to seasonal demand or special projects as needed, must be able to work every other Saturday (day shift). The Smucker Company Store is open Monday-Saturday from 9AM-5:30AM EST.
Location: Orrville, OH at The Smucker Company Store
In this role you will:
- Greet and provide quality customer service to all customers
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about all Smucker products and store merchandise
- Process sales transactions at cash register
- Arrange and display merchandise in accordance with store directives
- Restock sales floor and warehouse
- Process online orders including picking product, packing, and shipping orders

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Experience in a retail sales, warehouse, or customer service environment
- Ability to lift 30 pounds, climb a ladder or step stool
- Must work every other Saturday (Store is Closed on Sundays)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Outgoing, personable, and professional demeanor
