Coating Operator / Operations Manager

Applicant will learn the ins and outs of the adhesive coating business. First, applicant will learn how to set up, operate, and maintain a coating machine. Applicant will then learn about the many raw materials that go into the adhesive coating process, as well as the finished products. Finished products serve anywhere from the medical industry to automotive and aerospace. The end goal is to train the applicant in this process through many hours of hands-on experience and then promote an applicant to Operations Manager who shows capability, hard work ethic, and a strong sense of teamwork.
