Staff Accountant - Are you looking for a part time internship? We can accommodate your schedule. We are searching for a junior accounting major who will receive hands on experience working in the accounting department for a global company.

 Enter standard costs for new item numbers & setup all required defaults.
§ Review all inventory receipts for PPV and standard cost issues. Post final entries to Ledger.
§ Review all manual inventory adjustments. 
Post final entries to Ledger.
§ Review all Disposition transactions. Modify entries as needed. Post final entries to Ledger.
§ Responsible for maintaining weekly cash report, and getting all persons responsible to enter the required data for management.
§ Review Margins on Daily Sales. Follow-up on all problem issues found.
§ Assist with monthly closing and reports for management.
§ EOM journal entries for financial statements and schedules
§ EOM documentation needed for monthly bank report
§ Yearly Audit reports and schedules
§ Yearly Physical Inventory assist.
Fixed asset and depreciation schedules.
Review and monitor monthly expense reports.
