o A Direct Support Professional (DSP) is someone who works directly with people who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. DSPs aim to assist people in realizing their full potential.
o Summit DD is collaborating with Providers in Summit County to assist them in their search for the right, reliable, energetic & passionate DSPs to provide safe & supported care for the individuals in their programs.

o $13-$16 depending on hiring agency and experience
