Looking for a Creative Marketing internship? Look no further! Jarrett is currently offering internships in our marketing department.
Summary:
Develop and produce creative content and marketing collateral for Jarrett Logistics brands and divisions. We are looking for a student that has creativity, curiosity and a passion for understanding how people interact with each other, the world around them, and with the brands that matter to them.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize software such as (but not limited to) Adobe Suite
- Implement and maintain company brand standards
- Assist with website or internal system design improvements
- Take and edit photography
- Ensure that created content communicates company brand and values
- Write and edit written content for blogs, social media, and advertising
- Assist with social media content and calendar
- Identify and develop continuous improvement opportunities within the Brand segment of the Sales & Marketing department
- Other duties assigned by management

Education and Experience:
Pursuit of Bachelor’s Degree required; some experience with Adobe Suite preferred
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess excellent telephone skills
- Detail orientated
- Work well under pressure
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Strong computer skills/knowledge
- Ability to work well in teams
- Possess strong problem solving skills
- Basic math and accounting skills

Physical Demands:
The employee may occasionally lift, move, or carry up to 15 pounds, and may require long periods of time sitting at a desk and looking at monitors. This position requires the use of hands for continuous simple grasping and fine manipulation. Reaching is frequently required for keyboarding, along with occasionally reaching below waist level. The employee may occasionally need to bend.
