Charitable Healthcare Network Health Insurance Navigator (ACA)
The Health Insurance Navigator will represent the Charitable Healthcare Network (CHN) as part of the Ohio Association of Food Bank’s Navigator Consortium and work closely with individuals and community stakeholders. The Navigator program is vital to helping small businesses and consumers learn about and sign up for health insurance benefits through the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicaid, Medicare, and CHIP.
CHN and participating host clinics are actively recruiting Navigators to provide services in several locations throughout Ohio, including:
- One Navigators covering Troy, Ohio
- One Navigator covering Athens, Vinton, Hocking, and Perry Counties
- One Navigator covering Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, and Portage Counties
