Project Manager: Charitable Giving (Fundraising, Events) Intern

Project Lead: Charitable Giving (Fundraising, Events) Job Description:

§ The charitable giving, fundraising, event project lead will support various data analysis and benchmarking projects to assess fundraising, marketing efforts, giving trends.

§ Draft and edit internal and external communications, organize digital charity assets (including success stories and photos), and provide support for fundraising and education opportunities (including virtual events).

§ Actively participate in weekly Shared Support team, Fundraising team, and Program team meetings through note taking, synthesizing content, and reviewing with the manager, and will document current campaign strategies and brainstorm with the manager on priority state needed resources for funders, including the creation of new and enhanced state reports.

§ Other duties will be assigned by managers.

Project Lead Charitable Giving (Fundraising, Events) Descriptions:

§ Currently enrolled and working towards a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

§ Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.

§ Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

§ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors and co-workers in a cross-functional environment.

§ Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

§ Ability to comprehend complex verbal and written instructions.

§ Ability to focus on the work at hand during stressful situations and times when there are multiple priorities.

§ Punctuality and good attendance required
