Data Entry/Coordinator (Floater) Intern

Data Entry/Coordinator Job Description:

§ The Assistant Project Manager will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the projects.
§ Enter data into Excel and various other online platforms as required by task/project.
§ Ensure the accuracy of data entry (quality assurance)
§ Work within various organizational teams on projects as provided by the Management team.
§ Make and answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and carry out administrative project management duties in a remote environment. Will complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results, while exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Data Entry/Coordinator Requirements/Skills:

§ High school diploma or equivalent education required
§ Advanced Microsoft Excel
§ 3 years of administrative assistant experience preferred
