Teachers may work with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. Responsibilities include daily caregiving tasks such as feeding/serving food, changing diapers/potty training, routine cleaning, and general supervision and play. Teachers must exhibit professionalism, provide customer service, and possess good communication skills for interacting with families. Required training is provided and paid for by Care 4 Kids.
