Seasonal Employment Production Workers


  • Must be 18 years or older..
  • Ideal for Students & Teachers seeking employment through the summer & winter break.
  • Seasonal employees will have a set schedule and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Must commit to working a minimum of 8 weeks between May 1st and September 30th.
  • Paid holidays- Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day.
  • Prescription safety eyewear. - Seasonal employees can receive a free new pair of prescription safety glasses.


The primary purpose of a production worker is to aid in the production, packaging, and shipment of paint applicator products.
Preferred Education and Experience
  1. No experience is necessary; training will be completed on the job.

Essential Functions

  1. Operate and maintain equipment and machinery.
  2. Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  3. Assure quality standards are being met by inspecting work in process and finished product.
  4. Communicate issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.
  5. Adhere to all safety guidelines for production and handling of materials.
  6. Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
Work Environment
This job operates in a clean, well-lit, light industrial workplace. Repetitive work is required in the production and packaging of paint applicator products.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Standing, walking, and sitting are required throughout each shift. This position will require some lifting, carrying, and pushing. Reaching and lifting at heights above shoulder and below waist may be needed. Close vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus to determine part quality are needed. Speaking and hearing are necessary for communicating with others.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a seasonal position. Hours of work and days are listed below:
  • 1st Shift
  • Monday through Friday
  • 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
  • Mandatory overtime will be scheduled as needed
  • 2nd Shift
  • Monday through Friday
  • 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
  • Mandatory overtime will be scheduled as needed
  • 3rd Shift
  • Sunday night through Friday morning
  • 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
  • Mandatory overtime will be scheduled as needed

  1. Problem Solving – Required to determine minor issues with machinery and resolve them.

  4. Dexterity – Handling and assembling parts, products, and materials for production, packaging, and shipment.
