As we grow our Massillon and Mount Eaton, Ohio manufacturing footprint, we have great summer jobs helping us recruit new team members for our production and shipping positions. We are ready to provide excellent training, a great employment experience, and a top wage to help with high college expenses.
Position Requirements:
- Assisting in responding to new applicants.
- Manage candidate flow in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Schedule and/or conduct interviews
- Assist in pre-employment process and new hire onboarding
Unlike a lot of summer jobs, this is not a “cold calling” focus. You’re not trying to talk to people during dinner time who probably have no interest in what you have to say. And your compensation is not tied to some number of deals you close.

Education and Experience:
- Ideal position for anyone looking for good paying summer work - college students with majors in areas of Business, Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, Administration/Management, Social Science and Psychology that are off for the summer; retirees; seasonal workers; etc.
- We seek mature, enthusiastic, reliable individuals with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- No specific experience needed.
Pay and Benefits:
- $22-24/hr summer wage
