Accounting Analyst

Fresh Mark, based in Northeast Ohio, is looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will execute an accurate and precise approach to daily accounting tasks and projects.

Key Accountabilities: 
·       Assist Credit Manager with credit applications, references, and credit terms
·       Manage cash application and accounts receivable balances
·       Process deductions, short payments, customer paybacks, and credits
·       Prepare Weekly\Monthly reports tracking various financial metrics 
·       Work closely with the Sales department to manage customer relationships related to invoice payment, credit terms, and credit limits

Education & Skill Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s Degree with an accounting focus or 5 years equivalent experience
·       Effective communication (both written and verbally) and interpersonal skills
·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
·       High comfortable level with working independently
